“I got to thinking about my favorite women in the world. What would they do!? I searched around online and found this picture of Marilyn Monroe visiting the troops. Do you see how those men are looking at her like she is Jesus in heels?! This is it! So, Jen and I have remade this lovely look… with our own twist, for reasons that should already be perfectly clear. I mean, who actually wants to see me headbang in an evening dress? NOT ME!” - Hayley Williams.

Enjoying a smoothie before I have to go into work.

I’m half awake… This is the 2nd day at farm and I couldn’t sleep last night I’m not sure why actually… and when I felt like I was THAT close from falling asleep a shit-headed bird was singing on my window. Perfect. Anyways, it’s really fun in here I don’t wanna go back home and start school this Sunday ughhhhh.

When I first arrived I suddenly remembered all the memories about this farm. My parents used to bring me here since I was 3. But it’s not pretty as it used to be… I remember there were vegetables to harvest and animals. My dad used to shoot little birds from the sky and I would just run to their dead bodies and carry them, I can still feel their hot blood on my hands yeah I was only 3..

My lil sis shared her biscuits on the way to the farm, these smurfs faces make a great snack.

Breakfast (not the whole thing obviously lol, only 3 pieces.
& they’re selling the farm. NOOOO! It’s old and blah but whatevs I really enjoy it here. sadfacesadface
I’m officially obsessed with sushi now. The last time I had sushi I threw up, so I thought of having sushi from my favorite… one of my favorite restaurants Wasabi. I ordered Sweet Tempura Roll and it was SOO GOOD!!! Not filling though.

I was at Al Failaka’s restaurant few days ago located at Al manshar’s hotel, the restaurant looked good and all. but their food was too greasy, I was too mad that I only had one slice of my small pizza, did I mention that their pizza was TOO small? and greasy. My little sisters ordered cheeseburgers, of course.

Ordered vegetable fried rice with less oil, and now I understand why Chinese are so skinny….. hmmm chopsticks make you full.

With slightly bitter kale and radicchio, crispy-salty pancetta, tart apples and sweet maple syrup, this hearty winter salad hits all the right taste buttons. It’s also just a beautiful salad. Be sure your apples aren’t too sour, especially if using Granny Smith—you’ll need a little sweetness to balance out the tartness of the vinaigrette.

Combine the olive oil and pancetta in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until pancetta is golden and crispy. Strain the pan drippings into a small bowl and leave the crispy pancetta off to the side to cool. Add the Champagne vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper and whisk well.
Combine the radicchio, kale, apples and pecans in a large bowl. Toss while adding the dressing, little by little, until salad is well dressed. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with crispy pancetta.
